Job Description

Establish a computer data base system for Quantity Surveying and costs estimates.
Preparation and production of B.O.Q's, general requirements and standard preambles for all ESHA projects.
Liaison with Design Engineers, Facilities Engineers, Construction Foremen on site survey where required.
Produce and submit cost estimates and cost analysis for ESHA projects.
Carries out all re-measurements works necessary to ensure completion of all constructions works in accordance to original bill of quantities for ESHA projects.
Works in compliance with quality assurance programme.
Acts as the Person Technically Responsible (PTR) when designated, for an approved subcontracted project.
