The Company

My client is a leading retailer across the Gulf region, headquartered in Kuwait. They have a very distinctive presence in the market, and are a very professional and well set up operation. Due to ongoing expansion, they now require a Recruitment Manager to spearhead large volume recruitment campaigns.

The Role

You will plan, organise and direct the recruitment function, mainly responsible for interviewing and sourcing talent across multiple territories across the Gulf region. You will also project manage the relationships with external recruitment businesses and internal stakeholders.

About You

You will have a clear understanding of recruitment ideally in-house with experience of delivering recruitment campaigns at a variety of levels in an environment of time restriction .

Previous Gulf regional experience within a retail environment is essential.
