Our client, a multinational healthcare giant with extensive GCC operations, is looking to recruit a Senior Brand Manager for one of their largest brands.

Based in Dubai you will be reporting to the Marketing Manager. The role will involve developing a clear vision, roadmap, priorities and strategies to build an important line to be communicated to internal and external partners. Working with this brand you must ensure that the development and implementation of regional plans are met. You will provide leadership and direction to the Country Managers by leading the development of regional objectives, strategies and plans at a country / territory level. You must take responsibility for the management and development of the Assistant Brand Manager and professional Program Manager. Most importantly you must liaise with global franchise teams and the market to identify new platforms for growth and lead the roll out across the region.

As the successful applicant you will be educated to degree level with a major in Marketing, and preferably an MBA. Your excellent background will highlight a minimum of 5 years Brand Management experience ideally with a multinational. You will be someone that has a realistic and ambitious vision to push ideas forward and make them happen. An important part of the role is to be capable of working in a cross functional environment and interact confidently with people across the organization. Your leadership skills will be the key to your success. If you are dynamic, assertive and proactive then this could be a good fit.
