Job Description

Our client is one of the worlds leading Beverage Company with several strong Global brands, currently seeking a Commercial Capability Manager to train, lead and drive their MENA team.

 

Based in Dubai reporting to the Regional Director, this challenging and dynamic role is for an incumbent with commercial maturity and drive. The main focus is to energise, mobilise and orchestrate the commercial MENA team to build sales and commercial capabilities in order to become no 1 in their field. You must be able to manage a business that operates within a multi cultural, multi national, multi channel and be able to build amazing relationships with a range of customer, distributors and external stakeholders.

 

As the ideal candidate an advantage would be a Sales background with coaching/ training/development experience or strong Sales Management experience working alongside a distributor. You must be able to inspire and energise other behind an agenda and be able to implement strategy, solve complex problems and be a strong decision maker. Additionally you must be a superb planner and be able to bring together and reconcile a complex matrix of brand, customer and consumer needs.
