Job Description

Responsibilities

Works closely with Operations/functional management in assessing existing and future employee development requirements.Develops content of the programmes in consultation and advice from Group People Development Manager, to meet the needs of Operations/Functional Departments.
Delivers development training for operations / function management and supports HR process focused programs roll out.
Manages the activities and quality of presentation of the training officers (and Provincial Training Managers where applicable).
In close liaison with operations / functions management, evaluates and monitors effectiveness of core training. Responsible for measurement and evaluation of training delivery for all programmes.

Skills & Experience

Graduate, preferably with recognised Training qualification.
Minimum 4 years' training management within a large commercial organisation, preferably Retail or FMCG.
