| Job Description |
Key accountabilities & responsibilities- To help facilitate a performance management culture across the organisation
- To facilitate the preparation of SMART targets, identification of KPIs, development of Performance and Service levels at Macro and especially at the Micro level
- To liaise with the Managers and ensure that the Business Unit Strategy clearly reflects in their scorecards
- To track the performance evaluation process to ensure the process is followed as expected
- To coordinate and supervise the mid year and the annual performance review processes
- To ensure the timely completion of mid year and the annual performance review process
- To assist in designing, implementation and direct the development of performance tracking system and automation of the process
- Drive ongoing review and improvements to the Performance Management Process based on the market best practices
- To take operational decisions on day to day basis related to performance management
Experience and qualifications- A Post Graduate qualification in Human Resources
- 5-6 years experience in the human resources functions of which at least 2 years should be within the area of Performance Management
- Knowledge and exposure to Balanced Scorecard
- Good knowledge about the best practices in the area of performance management.
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fast paced, action oriented and should have worked in reputed Multinational organizations
