Job Description
An ePayments  Technical Support Engineer supports the client, ePayment Support  critical and high service level  troubleshooting issues through the organization from problem definition, research, analysis, resolution, documentation, QA and  escalation to supporting departments and Management.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting, and initial support for the Macalla e-payment product                
- Responding to critical event, analysis of application configuration settings in order to

      Solve issues.

- Work with various technical supports teams to complete set up, troubleshoot, and

     Resolve any issues
- Provides escalation assistance and assists others in the support

- Documenting standard installation and troubleshooting procedures.
- Recommendations of actions to improve production.
- Root Cause Analysis should be performed when requested or in times of failure    

- Documents work so that instructions and descriptions can be understood and re-used.


Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience:

- Strong understanding of Macalla e-payment product                
- Minimum 1 year Technical support experience for  Macalla e-payment product                
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to work within tight time constraints and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Must be a team player, working with multiple department members

Desired Qualifications:

- Must have experience in Macalla e-payment product                

- Previous experience in a financial environment
