We are looking for Strategic Account Managers to be based in Dubai 

The role involves

  • Selling enterprise solutions to large corporate customers
  • Identify & analyze the clients requirements & propose customized solutions
  • Interaction with senior management in the client organizations & present the company’s products & services
  • Manage complex sales situations & acquire clients based on “value based selling”

Job Description

Lead Generation

v      Continually prospect for new customers through ongoing creative, organized, targeted lead generation activities. 

Account Management

v      Typically will manage approximately 25-40 accounts

v      Follow-up with customers, prospects and leads

v      Coordinate sales calls meetings and presentations; create and delivers customized “standard” presentations

v      Assess and identify customer needs, effectively handle objections, close sales

v      Develop and manage ongoing lead/accounts pipeline

v      Partner with account decision makers to identify ongoing consumption, product training needs

v      Cultivate relationships, laterally and above the primary contact

v      Resolve customer complaints/issues by effectively working with the customer relations team to support customer

v      Provide management with ongoing weekly/monthly forecast and pipeline report

Qualifications

v      At least a Bachelor’s degree – MBAs would be preferred

v      At least 2 years of prior experience of working with corporate customers in Dubai

v      8 years + of corporate sales experience
