Job Description

To provide support to management and staff in a range of functions to make sure the HR activities run smoothly. To coordinate, & organize HR activities for the department. To maintain the integrity of employee data and HR policies and procedures across the organization. To ensure that processes are implemented on time and with the quality of standard desired. Updates managers and staff of all new HR activities and practices and works as a partner to ensure that businesses are delivered in alignment with HR best practices. Accountable of managing the HR software, and University relations in the region.  

§          Supports Staffing within the HR department. Such as organize interview schedules & conducts primary interviews with candidates.

§          Manages the smooth induction of each new employee + follow up and the exit of each employee by conducting exit interviews.

§          Provide advice and information to staff on personnel policies and procedures.

§          University Relations – organizes with the universities THG involvement in Career Fairs / Prepares material for the event & ensures the desired image is created.

§          University Relations – interacts with Universities to position THG / arranges meetings with students & faculty / identifies interesting students and programs that THG can benefit from.

§          Receive and track Employee Recruitment Requests, including details such as role, duties, salary range and required experience.

§          Filter job applications and/or interview candidates and prepare shortlists for referral.

§          Monthly presentations – collects data and organizes presentations on responsibilities.

Language: English and Arab are a must

Recent graduate with some work experience
