The
candidate will manage and coordinate all project related operations, associated
reporting and communications with the entire supply chain including the Owner.
Other responsibilities include: ensure policies and procedures are followed;
reviews, changes and enhances established policies and procedures to improve
current systems and responsible for the overall Scope, Budget Schedule and
Quality of construction and client care. He/she will also be responsible for
hiring and training new associates to manage field sites. Under the direction
of the Program Manager, this candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations
and supervise on-site construction to the completion of the project. The
candidate will be responsible for:

Candidate Requirements:
A talented and motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced
environment and knows what it takes to service client needs, with a minimum
10-12 years of work experience in the local Construction Industry in the area
of HIGH RISE CONSTRUCTION. Candidate should have experience in the local AEC
Industry, working knowledge of the principles and practices of construction
management and well versed with the interdependencies of tasks and deliverables
of the entire supply chain in a construction process. The job requires a
comprehensive knowledge of engineering construction principles and practices
including demonstrated project management skills, oral and written communication
skills, and change management skills.
