The candidate is responsible for an e2e delivery on projects and objectives. The role includes managing heavy volume of recruitment requirements throughout the year which means that a high level of customer service and relationship building is needed with internal and external customers. The mandate is to deliver suitably qualified candidates in an efficient time and in a cost effective manner.

Identifying yearly recruitment requirements.

Phasing and delivering on requirements in a timely manner.

Organizing the data base and sourcing candidates from the data base.

Sourcing, screening and arranging interviews of candidates.

Preparing and developing job profiles.

Establish relationships with local and international universities to position the organization as an employer of choice.

Represent the organization at Job Fairs and university open houses.

Prepares weekly reports to show the status of each hire and achievements.

Branding – develop an attraction image for the organization.

Desirable:

Work experience with universities

Recruitment experience range (entry level to senior levels)

Evidence of large volume of recruitment activities

Language: Arab and English Fluent
