Mosaic Search & Consultancy is an eminent regional player, providing customized search solutions to top-end multinational and regional clients across Middle East, North Africa and Iran. Due to our continued success and growth, we are now seeking a dynamic IT Manager to support our rapidly expanding team.

This is a busy and demanding role. You will be responsible for the provision of IT infrastructure services including desktop applications, local and/or wide area networks, IT security and telecommunications. You will work closely with senior management to propose, agree and deliver IT services within defined budgets and develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan. In addition to this you will be responsible for IT hardware, software and maintenance procurement.  Lastly you will also be responsible for maintaining the SLA’s with the external service provider, software principals & website developers.

The ideal candidate must have a technology degree with 3 to 4 years experience in a high pressure business environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks. He/She will be highly proficient in IT troubleshooting skills.
