| Job Description |
| Key Accountabilities: Responsible for leading the selling process and drive personal customer service through coaching and monitoring selling behaviors, teaching product knowledge and selling skills, communicating policies and procedures , participating in the formal counseling process of staff and in the selection of qualified sales persons and setting the example for greats service to our customers.
Prerequisites:University Degree in Management or related field 5 years of retail management experience in a reputable fashion environment. Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for Retail, strong service orientation Ability to empower and develop a team and work under pressure Strong organizational and time management Fluency in English or French Computer skills
