Job Description

Our client a major player in the consumer goods industry and a major distributor of some of the world’s strongest branded refreshments.  Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a Key Accounts Manager for their hypermarket area.

Based in Dubai you will be securing and servicing new business leads with individual accounts within the territory. The role will be growing volume and share within the key accounts channel. Ensuring all key decision makers within the account are wired and the key contacts are made on an agreed schedule i.e. quarterly reviews. You will develop immaculate and precise standards for the merchandising range, promotions and new product launches. Business developing will be critical; you will co-ordinate and acquire new business whilst co-coordinating the execution and equipment delivery for new and assigned accounts.

As the ideal candidate you will posses at least 2-3 years experience in a KAM position .Your blue chip experience within FMCG (must have UAE experience) will be a must with a detailed record of success and business development. Concluding all this, your strong negotiation and social skills will define your ability to attack this role head on. Must be Fluent in Arabic and English will be an absolute requirement.
