Job Purpose & Scope:
1) Recommending the best approach to re-designing existing
training and educational materials and suggest alternative means of
accomplishing that task.
2) The person should be experienced in the development and
delivery of new course content for in an instructor led or virtual classroom
environment.
3) Assist in the preparation of training program and budgets.
4) Assist
in the development of standard and new “Help” or “How–Do –I” queries different departments such as for Operations, Maintenance,
Commercial and Finance .
5) Planning and controlling MAXIMO (Computerized Maintenance Management System, CMMS) training activity in the company.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
Experience:
1) 3 TO 5 years Experience in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as MAXIMO.
2) Minimum 3 years experience in development of "Help Desk" IT support functions that support various departments in the organization.
3) Experience in developing and delivering a training plan for CMMS software education.
4) Experience in assisting in the development of web based training(WBT) e-learning courses.
Qualifications:
a.
B.Sc.
or Engineering degree .
b.
Total
of at least 3 years experience in the instruction of Computerized Maintenance & Material Management Systems
(CMMS).
c.
Proficient
in Office 2000, 2003 or XP products, Windows NT or 2003, Apple OSX.
d. Proficient
in or have experience with on-line course management systems e-learning, learning management systems, and the ability to quickly learn new software.
e.
Ability
to adapt to and support new and fast changing technologies.
f.
Very
good knowledge and command of spoken and written English
g.
Basic
Web design skills a must. (HTML, Flash, .Net, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator, Java
Scripting and XML a plus).
h.
Excellent
interpersonal skills.(Presentation Skills)
