Job Description

Controls output on shift, men, machines and materials, and other resources to achieve targeted production output matching with customer requirements. Ensure producing quality products at the agreed level of operational efficiency with minimal cost. Uses the TQM process to control cost by reducing raw material usage and material waste while increasing productivity of equipment and manpower. Ensures manpower staffing to meet the production requirements of his process unit while meeting the company policy of employing Saudi nationals
