• He implements security procedures / Security Plan already elaborated

• He regularly inspects the security measures currently in place.

• He evaluates the security of personnel, in particular at the Muster Points and en route to the departure areas (concentration points).

 • He recommends measures to be taken to ensure the protection of the installations. He makes reconnaissance of the itineraries to the muster points and the airport.

• He will organize meetings with other Security Officers in the city to exchange ideas and gather information.

• He is in contact with the consular representative, the local authorities, the police and the army.

• He coordinates the security measures inside the Crisis response • He ensures documents and records pertaining to evacuation plan are all up-to-date.

• He carefully follows the developing situation and reports to the Country Manager and the Crisis Cell as often as necessary. In case of Crisis:

• He prepares the escorts for evacuation if needed.

• He watches over the security conditions for evacuation.

• He organizes the safekeeping and protection of the installations and housing complexes after the departure of the remaining expatriates.

• He coordinates the crisis cell and centralizes information
