a.  Report to the QSE Manager or his delegate,

b.  Degree or diploma in civil engineering or equivalent,

c. Over 5 years experience in construction for civil and building projects (with min 3 years QES experience),

d. Good level of English spoken & written required,

e. Strong communication skill with initiative & self-motivated,

f. Good knowledge and understanding of QSE system application & implementation,

g. Good knowledge and understanding of construction site safety,

h. Experience in conducting tool box talks on safety, QA/QC subjects,

i. Experience with a Post Tensioning specialized company is preferred,

j. With driving license is preferred,

k. Implement the QES system for the projects,

l. Prepare incident & statistical reports for QES related matter,

m. Conduct internal QES training and audit.
