Job Description

Purpose:

  • Transfers company regional strategy to competence strategy and plan. Ensure company region has right competencies in right place at the right time via efficient competence management process, tools and network.
  • Facilitates regional competencies plans as part of business strategy creation and have overall responsibility to implement the plan
  • Represents regional needs in global HR business Development team
  • Solves issues and serves as escalation channel
  • Manages academy, business learning and a network of the competence development people.
  • Identifies competencies needs, contributes to new learning solutions creation and ensures business management commitment for defined actions
