Job Description

Description:

Develops and presents complex training programs for customers and in-house employees. Working in partnership with management teams, he/she will be required to assist in designing and implementing value added management development training solutions for the business.

Skills

University Degree or compensating relevant experience

Preferably an Arabic speaker

1. Background in training, coaching and developing staff.

2. Strong interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills.

3. Proven ability to multitask and produce in fast paced environment.

4. A Team Player!

5. Problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback.

6. Flexibility and adaptability to fast paced, changing operational environment.

7. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

8. Ability to work with people of diverse background.
