Job Description

Prepare documents for presentations i.e. media strategy,rational, planning and sell media plans.
Manage team of media planners & Buyers
Negotiate with media houses the prices and discounts.
Follow up with the publication / other medium to ensure smooth running of the campaigns.
Issue billing instructions.
Update the account management / client with developments on the media.- Make and confirm the booking with media houses.
Participate in major presentations.
Prepare and present schedule analysis report.
Check and sign all invoices of media houses / publications.
