The Media Director is responsible for setting media strategies and for the quality of media planning, presentations and buying for all business of the team. He/she is also responsible for the administration and organization of the team and development of staff.

The Media Director will be responsible for a regional  client base with multi-country implementations.

The major responsibilities

-          Fully understand Clients’ marketing strategies and objectives and develop media strategies and objectives accordingly.

-          Control the quality of all written media evaluations, recommendations and presentations to clients.

-          Lead new business pitches

-          Pro actively seek creative media opportunities appropriate to specific clients

-          Remain up-to-date with industry research and global trends

-          Responsible for the professionalism and performance of the whole team

-          Ensure the team maintains a good relationship with clients, media owners and others in the agency

-          Provide coaching/training for his/her staff and is actively involved in retaining “star employees”
