Job Description

Our client, a leading local conglomerate is urgently seeking a professional Administrative Executive for their busy corporate office.

Based in Dubai, you will be working within a vibrant and energetic team, reporting into the Office Manager. You will be given the opportunity to make this role your own, being primarily responsible for front of house administration duties including setting up and maintaining the filing system, preparing correspondence, Powerpoint reports and Excel spreadsheets.

The perfect candidate for this fantastic opportunity will have at least 2 years administration experience within a corporate environment preferably with a multinational company in Dubai with fluency in written and spoken English. Microsoft Office skills, impeccable personal presentation and a motivated, hardworking personality will also be key requirements for this position.

 

Furthermore, in supporting this dynamic environment, the ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to keep smiling under pressure, be flexible with timings in order to meet deadlines and pro-actively ensure that all administration is being dealt with effectively.
