This job requires a person to be
1) able to manage the Media planning & Buying team & lead from front & have a vision for growth with penchant fro growing business in the country
2) person should be able to establish rapport with various agencies & clients in the country at the highest level so as to be able to smooth out the relation between the company 7 clients ,to enable people working under to get good support
3)He/she should be able to interact with other country heads & head office in terms of development plans & sharing of resources
4) He/she should be able to spot /attract & retain talents by various means
5) should be able to work out best practices in client satisfaction & monitor & upgrade the same
