Key Responsibility Areas

�         Manage various projects and processes related to financial reporting and analysis in support of financial performance.

�         Prepare key reporting and analysis used by Executive Management, Finance, and other key stakeholders.

�         Develop guidelines for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and investment.

�         Perform budget control and internal reporting.

�         Measure financial KPIs against target and analyze variances.

�         Forecast and manage cash flow.

�         Develop funding and investment strategy and manage funding and investment operations.

�         Perform ad-hoc analyses for a variety of activities.

Role Requirements

�         MBA

�         At least 5 years in financial and operational analysis, preferably in telecom industry.

�         Highly analytical individual with the ability to roll up their sleeves with data, spreadsheets, and models.

�          Ability to thrive on the challenges inherent in dissecting complex problems, utilizing facts/data to derive a conclusion and delivering clear recommendations to improve results.

�         Flexible and results oriented, and able to manage to deadlines.

�         Strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills are essential.

�         Ability to work with comprehensive financial models to aid in decision making and evaluation of initiatives.

�         Highly proficient in Excel modeling and statistical analysis.

�         Ability to handle multiple projects, priorities, and deliverables.

�         Ability to positively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.

�         Ability to be self directed and to work independently.
