Job Description

The Company:

An established Advertising Agency, with an existing blue chip client base, is seeking a Media Director/Managing Director to aid the CEO in creating a new Media buying and planning division.

Job Description:

As a Media/Managing Director, you will be accountable for the following:

Obtaining and negotiating the best possible media prices for the Agency’s clients
Building good relations in order to obtain best position, practice and promotions
Work with the Managing Director of the Agency in order to win new business
Responsible for the profitability of the new company

Skills:

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:

Hold a Degree in a Marketing/ Media/Communication or a similar discipline
Have significant experience in a network media planning and buying agency, and will have planned and bought media for blue chip clients throughout the GCC region
Must have good relationships with all the relevant media owners
Should be seeking a new challenge and aspire to become part owner of the new Media Agency
Must be respected and trusted by their peers
