Job Description

·        Control the Country/Regional Service Budget.

·        Manage Service Supervisors, Service Co-ordinators and Service Sales Engineers.

·        Manage and compile Service and Spare parts Billings Forecasts.

·        Manage and/or compile Service Quotations.

·        Compile annual Service (Regional Service) Operating Plan.

·        Liaise with ESG Sales on Commissioning and Start-ups.

·        Act as Technical liaison between Country offices and customers to settle problems quickly and in professional manner. Examples of issues include warranty claims and service charges etc.

·        Coordinate with Country Managers all technical bulletins and updates and inform Customers and ESG Sales Managers.

·        From time to time, review service documentation for technical accuracy.

·        Attend site meetings/ customer meetings.

·       Responsible for project management of installations within the country/region.

·        Ensure that all technical files/information in the Service departments is maintained.

·        Ensure that service personnel are kept up to date with Health and Safety procedures.

·        From time to time attend Service Meetings in HQ.

·        Assist After-Market division with statistics and efficiency reports.

 

MEASUREMENTS 

·        Service sales , Technician/Engineer efficiencies, Customer satisfaction, Training objectives, Literature update, Productivity, Spares sales.
