The job responsibility of a Sales Executive are but not limited to the following:
* Helping in the development and execution of sales strategies
* Achieving territory sales and revenue targets.
* Managing relationships with existing key customers/ partners
* Establishing relationships with new customers
* Identifying potential projects
* Increasing sales volume through direct sales effort in assigned accounts.
* Formulating a strategic plan with clear objectives, actions
* Managing the forecast pipeline.
* Managing accounts and ensuring that they are kept informed of any changes within the organization, including processes, services and products.
* Maintaining a product and sales forecast summary for current accounts and prospects, providing a clear indication of potential business both quarterly and beyond.
* Presenting customer demonstrations and presentations.
* Providing input to senior management on customers and competitive trends.
* Taking ownership for any customer issues within account base and escalating as appropriate
Skills
• Exposure to sales in any of the products; Consumer Product, branding and Media.Sales-oriented, self motivated, and a team player.
• Should have proven track record of at least 2 years in sales.
• Presentation skills are desirable and exceptional communication skills required in Arabic and English.
• Must be capable of taking on post bidding activities; communicating, negotiating, closing and finalizing contract terms and conditions.
• While working in a pressurized working environment, resolve unexpected conflicting demands with assertiveness and objectivity in a firm manner and without bias.
• The candidate must be approachable and solution-oriented in resolving issues, with an enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude.
• Inspire and motivate within your team, maintaining professional growth, participate and contribute in Company’s Quality Management Systems.
• Should be well versed with Computers.
• Valid Driving License.
