Capital Values Group (CVG) is a new International Developer recently established in Dubai. Having had a successful track record in the UK Housing Market, building affordable accommodation in over 30 cities, they have recently expanded internationally in both the UAE and Australia.

 

The Role:

 

CVG is looking to appoint a Senior Development Manager to come in at the inception stage to oversee the development of their residential projects in the UAE. In Dubai, CVG is creating a new product in the real estate market, developing and managing accommodation for essential workers. With a long term commitment to the region and a sustainable business model CVG is seeking a senior member of its Dubai based leadership team

 

The Person:

 

Any applicant applying must have at least 7 years experience, possess a solid understanding and be capable of assuming full responsibility for:

 

·         Overseeing and managing the whole development process from site finding to delivering a completed building.

·         Setting up relevant business processes and control systems in such a way that the business activities are carried out in a professional, transparent and regulated environment in accordance with the overall values of the Group

 

This role would be ideal for someone looking for a step up to the role of Senior Development Manager from their current role as a development manager or in a similar capacity.. Successful applicants will be invited to a non-committal, confidential presentation run by the CEO and Executive Director.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

As part of this key appointment, you will provide operational leadership to the Development Function and deliver targets set by the Board for property development within the approved business plan. You must be able to demonstrate a track record of achievement of real estate developments in the UAE.

 

Key areas of accountability shall include::

 

·         Pre–concept Development

·         Conceptual design

·         Schematic and detailed design

·         Procurement, bidding and tender process

·         Contract Award and negotiation

·         Construction and Consultant Management

·         Commissioning

 

This role is located Internationally and outside of the UK and therefore is exempt from age discrimination legislation.
