| Job Description |
| The group is seeking to fill an important role within the organization.
The Person:
This role requires leadership and strong analytical skills, strong communication skills, creativity and project management skills and an ability to work well with people. The individual will be a self motivator with the relevant HR qualifications and holding an MBA would be an advantage.
Role/Responsibilities: - Reporting to the group Human Resources Director, this pivotal position will be key to the continued growth of the organisation. The broad ranging remit of this position will see the successful applicant involved in the complete generalist suite of Human resources.
- Continuous development and improvement upon existing HR Policies in line with the group HR Strategy and in line with changes to legislation.
- Manpower planning and analysis identifying business critical requirements within the operation. In conjunction with the Operational Management team you will be responsible for budget planning and management to ensure that business objectives are achieved through the appointment of these individuals through the use of the most effective means, either via networks, referrals, internal talent management, Recruitment Consultancies or traditional media.
- Complete compensation and benefits analysis for all business units, including the development and utilisation of talent and performance management tools and methodologies to correctly identify and establish the salary scale for all grades including compensation, allowances, and additional benefits to ensure competitive and attractive packages.
- Maintain all elements of company payroll including attendance, absence, holidays and overtime, and any other incentives to ensure validity of adequate payroll systems.
- Review and manage the learning and development requirements of the business to identify business needs, including researching suitable internal and external providers and managing relationships with these to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Annual group turnover in 2007 was LE 4.6 billion returning a net profit LE 0.5 billion. Strong growth in both the top and bottom line is anticipated to continue in the coming years. GB Auto is listed on the Cairo Stock Exchange.
