Job Description

To provide process engineering services by identifying and investigating process engineering problems and safety, environmental and production opportunities.To investigate process engineering problems and opportunities
To engineer changes and additions to process systems.To identify and develop safety, environmental and production opportunities.Complete assigned work on time to meet the project schedules.
The work will include: investigations, surveys, feasibility studies, calculations, simulations, conceptual design, detailed design, production of key drawings
including PFD’s, P&ID’s data sheets and engineering reports.
To develop process models and simulate the process facilities and pipelines using field data.To supervise process engineering work assigned to by engineering companies to ensure progress and quality of work.
To report progress of all assigned work to the Lead Project Engineer.
To participate in the risk assessment and hazard and operability studies of designs.To provide adequate handover of process designs to Engineering group for detailed design where required.To ensure the selection of cost effective designs and materials, taking into account operating costs and
standardization of equipment.To issue high quality, cost effective designs and reports in a timely manner.To provide process engineering support to the teams constructing and commissioning modified or new plant.
To study best domestic and international process engineering practice for use in KPO design work.
