5 Star Hotel in Dubai is looking for a Guest Relations Coordinator to manage the guest relations officers and ensure the smooth running of the department to ensure the maximum comfort and enjoyment of the guest. Ensuring accurate financial records are kept, to enable a smooth billing process, and provide accurate reports to the resort.

Somebody able to provide immediate front line support to guest relations officers, in the event of a special request or complaint.

You will need to provide training and mentoring to the guest relations officers, to assist in their personal and career development.

Minimum of 3 years in a quality hotel, at a guest relations or sales position.
