We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine for a fine dining restaurant within a Leading Hotel of the World.

This is a wonderful restaurant, very well known in Dubai and highly rated by the food critics both here and internationally. This is your time to let your talent 'shine' in a Hotel that will take care of your career and ambition....in short the DREAM ROLE!

The ideal candidate will already be chef de cuisine or a head chef for at least two years, with experience in classical modern cuisine.

Minimum 10 years cooking experience, including fine dining background in 2 & 3 Michelin starred restaurants.

-Fully manage own kitchen to meet all quality, hygiene & operating standards with understanding of HACCP.

-Excellent technical culinary skills required, hands on position

-Motivational and enthusiastic character

-Strong culinary trainer
