·         Evaluate all new investment proposals from foreign counterparties.

·         Review, monitor and independently administer sizable foreign investment portfolios.

·         Prepare country profiles and country risk analysis reports.

·         Monitor counterparty (bank and country) ratings by global rating institutions (Moodys, Capital Intelligence, Bankwatch, Standard and Poors etc.)

·         Work with counterparty banks on Funds and other Asset Management deals.

·         Develop and maintain account relationships with corporate clients overseas

·      Conduct negotiations with proposal sponsors and counterparts regarding structure of the funds and other Asset Management Transactions so as to comply with the requirements of the Islamic Sharia while also paying close attention to credit, legal as well as operational requirements.

·        Advise Foreign Counterparties about the approval of transactions and follow-up on documentation and other completion requirements prior to funding and / or draw-down.

·          Looking after the fund pre and post launching activities.

·        Monitoring the performance of the new launched funds.
