A leading restaurant group in Dubai is about to launch their flagship fine dining Japanese restaurant. This will be located in a highly prestigious area in Dubai's Old Town under the famous Burj Tower and will rival the existing fine dining restaurants in the UAE.

The ideal candidate for this position will be supporting the Exec Chef in the daily running of a new restaurant:

Have a wide knowledge of all styles of Japanese cooking.

With a minimum of 3 years experience in senior management role in a similar style of restaurant

Versatile / exceptional knowledge of food costs inventory and planning

As this is a pre opening then experience in handling pre-openings would be highly beneficial.
