A Luxury Hotel in Dubai is looking for a Security Director with a distinctively customer facing attitude.
To look after the security, safety and well being of all guests and colleagues making sure they cause no harm to themselves and others due to unsafe conditions or unsafe acts. To train, educate and develop all colleagues and security officers in all aspects of security and safety.

5-7 years Security management experience in a luxury Hotel preferred ·
Diploma/ Certification in Law Enforcement or related Security programs ·
Fire safety & First Aid certification ·
Occupational Heath and Safety certification an asset ·
Occupational Heath and Safety certification an asset ·
Strong leadership and communication skills ·
Analytical skills, strength as a developer and a leader of others are essential ·
International experience an asset Meet the minimum Security license requirements as dictated by the United Arab Emirates Police and Authorities.
