A market leader in the casual dining sector in the Middle East is looking for someone to join their team in Kuwait as an Operations Manager.

We are looking for someone to create a fun, lively atmosphere in the restaurants so you must be passionate, enthusiastic and completely customer focused!

The Operations Manager will be responsible for 5 'American theme' restaurants. You must have previously held the same position in a franchised restaurant, and have the knowledge and experience to take complete responsibility for their success.

The role will involve training staff and ensuring standards are met, along with motivating staff to achieve the desired levels of customer service.
