You will be responsible for menu planning, leadership and development of a muti cultural team. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef you will be part of a team of 160 people looking after 16 outlets.
Requirements:
-6 years experience in a luxury environment. -Classically trained within a Michelin rated or Leading Hotels of the World. -Excellent organisational and brigade management skills
Languages such as Arabic or French an advantage.
