Job Description

Leading luxury brand hotel, looking for an internationally experienced Sous Chef who specialises in Sushi.

You will need to demonstrate your creative and innovative menu ideas and showcase your passion for the art of Sushi!

Must possess strong culinary skills in both hot and cold preparations.

Have experience in high quality  dining operations. You will be required to have experience in 4 or 5 Star hotels.

Education: Culinary qualification preferred.
