A new hotel opening in Tanzania is looking for a Food & Beverage Director. The hotel is a 159 room property with 4 F&B outlets, conference & banqueting facilities and leisure facilities. It is set to open in may this year.

The ideal candidate must have proven 4* or 5* hotel experience in the same position and pre-opening experience. Previous East African experience would also be highly advantageous.
