A high calibre catering director is required for a market leader in Kuwait.

You must have experience in developing, implementing and monitoring food service standards for all catered events.

You will be responsible for budgets, goals, P&L, labour and overall productivity and profitability of the catering divison.

Previous experience in manu planning and designing is essential, and you must be an excellent communicator on all levels!
