A pre-opening and operational F&B manager is required for a hotel concept in UAE. The hotels will offer contemporary hospitality, designer elements and all facilities at a reasonable price to the guest.

The position we are looking for will work with the GM of the Hotel Division to develop and install standards of operations whilst adhering to the corporate guidelines.

You will be financially and operationally responsible for the F&B outlets from concept to operation. This is mainly a Corporate role, however we are looking for a hands on individual who will get involved in the set up and ongoing operations of the hotel.

Experience in casual dining and individual restaurant concepts is preferable.
