Shall possess advanced knowledge of the various types of protection schemes and applications for Transmission and Distribution systems. Shall have excellent ability to prepare detailed test plans for testing numerical multifunction relays, detailed test reports and associated documentation with conclusive results and recommendations. Should be capable to provide training to others on protection applications theory and subsequent relay testing techniques. Shall have good understanding of power system theory, short circuit studies and setting calculations, good analytical capability for fault investigations and root cause analysis and work independently to achieve assigned tasks and objectives.
