Required :Maximo 7.5 Principle Business Consultant in Contracts and SCM

With knowledge and expertise in:

 • Contracts

 • Supply Chain

 • Finance

 • e-Business Suppliers / Contractors Tendering

2. Qualification & Experience

 • University Graduate

 • 3+ years’ Domain Experience in Contracts and Supply Chain Management

 • 6+ years’ experience in IBM Maximo including the latest 7.5 release

 • Completed a minimum of 2 Maximo upgrade projects especially to Maximo 7.x

 • Highly skilled at analysis, design and development

 • Highly skilled at system development life cycle standards

 • Highly skilled at system development specifications standards

 • Shall have designed and developed more than 4 business applications in Maximo.

 • Highly skilled in Maximo application designer, workflow and Maximo Business Objects

 • Good skills at SQL / PLSQL Procedures, Functions and Packages

 • Good communications skills.

 • Fluent in English language.

Maximo Business / Functional Consultant

Maximo Functional consultants shall have specific strength in the following areas:

 • Experienced in the implementation of IBM Maximo 7.5

 • Highly Skilled in the Maximo functional modules such as Contracts, Supply Chain, and e-Business

 • Highly skilled in application configuration, workflows, application designer and utilization Maximo configuration tools

 • Minimum Four (6) years of experience in the implementation and support of Maximo

 • Configuration of Maximo including changes to Maximo applications, application cloning, screens, fields and database using built-in tools

 • Configuration and support of Maximo workflow

 • Trouble shooting and resolution of reported issues related to Maximo

 • Integration of Maximo with other systems and experience in Maximo Integration Framework.

 • Good knowledge of SQL and Oracle database.

 • Maximo certification (versions 7.x ) will be added advantage.

3. Responsibilities:

 • Report to Client Project Manager and carry out tasks assigned by Client Project Manager

 • Continued functional support for Maximo Project

 • Provide assistance to users in issue resolution

 • Troubleshoot and resolve techno-functional issues reported by users related to Maximo Project

 • Analyze requests for modifications and enhancements in the application/processes, assess its feasibility and carry out implementation for the approved changes

 • Control and ensure that all system documentation is in accordance with Company`s established standards and practices and that details of all amendments made to the system once implemented are fully recorded

 • Assist with the design and development for ad hoc and custom reports and queries

 • Ensure that the proposed new system integrate fully with other live systems and consider and recommend modifications and improvements as necessary

 • Prepare and conduct awareness training/workshops for users as required

 • Provide technical advice and information to user departments on system development

 • Ensure that systems are resilient by employing adequate security processes

 • Carry out other related duties which are instructed by the Company

 • Continued self-learning and skill development

4. Remuneration:

 • Package will suit individual skills and experience, split as basic plus monthly deployment bonus.

 • Basic health cover and indemnity as per Kuwait employment guidelines

 • 30 days annual leave

 • 3 month probationary period

 • Earnings are Tax free in Kuwait
