You will be the founding director of the new Qatar office, so your responsibilites will grow in line with the success of the enterprise.
Initially your actions will be focused on marketing, business development, discussions, submission of proposalas to governement organisations, architects, other consulting engineers and international contractors undertaking major building projects.
The long-term role will be to manage the whole country operations including workload, productivity, quality management, staffing and P & L responsibility.
Minimum degree qualified in Mecahnical or Electrical Engineering with an accreditad university, plus ideally be a Member of a recognised Instition, eg CIBSE, I.Mech.E, I.E.E, or equivalent in your country of qualifiaction.
You must have an in-depth understanding of the Qatar MEP/Building Services market, knowing the main movers and shakers, the local standards and conditions of contract.
You should be ambitious, dyanmic, have good engineering and commercial skills and be looking for a long-term position with a world-class internatioinal organisation.
