About Company
Public Works Authority (ASHGHAL) aims at contributing to the economic and social development of the state of Qatar Through implementing public projects in accordance with the approved plans of the state. Job Description
Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for all tenders such as (Financial & Tech. proposals, RFP's) of the organization

Prepare tender documents and issuing tender acceptance notices.

He should be well versed in execution of PWA Tenders/Follow-up of Tenders/Executions

Evaluate tender proposals for the submission
-
Prepare tender invitation for the bidders
-
Compile short list qualified to participate in the tender.
-
Make arrangement for the tender openings sessions if needed.

Responsible of Bank Guarantees, Bid Bonds and Performance Bonds of the entire contract Affairs projects.

Prepare monthly report of tender and contracts activities.
-
Support archive plan of keeping cancelled and active tender documents.

Performs other ad-hoc duties as required by the immediate supervisor
