The Group is considered as a pioneer in various manufacturing and service segments and enjoys entrepreneurial activities in a number of profitable ventures in MENA and LEVANT territories.Principal DutiesTo advise the business on any protections afforded and all obligations demanded, by the legal frameworks within which the company operates. To ensure that all commercial arrangements and agreements between the company and its owners, suppliers, customers, consumers and employees are consistent with best practice and the legal frameworks within which the company operates.To ensure that the company complies with all requirements and obligations of the jurisdictions within which it operates. To ensure that the highest principles and standards of commercial practices are adhered to from a legal point of view at all timesTo assist in legal and financial related arbitration, mergers and acquisition endeavors to achieve best possible value to the business.Basic Duties-To post and revise legal documents.-To represent employers and clients in legal matters.-To make certain legality of economic practices and transactions.-To help keep companies beyond legal issues.-To maintain clients updated in terms of new business laws and regulations.-To suggestions about labor relations, tax issues, employee contracts, etc.
