Based
in Dubai since 2001, the company is an established executive search &
management consultancy with expertise in recruitment in various fields
including but not limited to: RETAIL,
HOSPITALITY, OIL & GAS, LUXURY, FINANCE, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY and
CONSTRUCTION.
We
provide RECRUITMENT SOLUTION to
multinational companies (MNC), leaders & well-established
organizations in the region.
We
are currently looking for a RECRUITMENT
AGENT REPRESENTATIVE,BASED IN INDIA, who will be responsible in introducing our company and
will act as Representative Agent in particular region. We do recruitment mainly
for executive and mid-level positions.
The mission is to introduce (speak
about) the recruitment services provided by the company to some decision makers
that can be a potential clients.
Recruitment activities like sourcing, screening, interviewing and other process
are not part of the job and entirely handled by recruitment consultants.
No
rules or standard procedures on how you will represent the company provided
that all representations are in good faith & will not put the company in a
bad light. Representation can be in passive approach wherein you can discuss
about us in social events or gathering of group of managers or in a more active
approach, in which you prospect directly the companies, call their offices, ask
for meeting and introduce the company as if you were a Business Development Manager.
As
a representative agent you will be paid only on a commission basis. You will be entitled to commissions equal to 25%
of the total fees paid by client within the first twelve (12) months of
contract signed.
In average an efficient Agent
Representative can generates a commission from 1500 to 7000$ tax free/month.
At present, our best agents are
people from corporate associations, businessmen, and executives with social and
professional networks connection and support.
There
is no specific target imposed but encourage you to introduce the company’s
recruitment services to many clients as possible. Keep in mind that the more
representations you make the more of chances of generating a clients.
