Role Specific Requirements :
Policy development and documentation system and various forms implementation
Manpower planning and recruitment for all Abu Dhabi branches.
Local & International, interviewing, negotiating, finalising the candidates contracts, arrangement of visas, travels, temporary accommodations for employees, medicals, insurance, leave management etc.
Planning and leading the induction program for new employees.
Setting policies for office staff and labour and coordination for their implementation.
Leave planning and management.
Employees appraisals, training, maintaining a skill matrix.
Employee counselling, employee retention measures, compensation schemes.
Disciplinary procedures implementation and incident reporting.
Managing Admin/HR Department.
Arrangement and setting up labour camp and various facilities for labourers in coordination with the PRO and Health and Safety Departments.
Coordinating with various department heads for efficient and smooth functioning of the Company.
Co-ordination with head office for various matters.
Minimum Requirements :
Management Degree, HR Professional Qualification
6-8 years of HR experience in UAE with at least previous 4 years in a senior role.
Should have experience in manufacturing and /or construction company with ability to handle labour related issues.
Nationality Preference - Arabic Only
