Job Description
Job Purpose:
Scope of communication:
lnternal: All Departments
External: Business Partners, Third Party Suppliers, etc
Daily Activities:
Project Management:

Responsible for the corporate presentations to potential and current business clients and partners

Responsible for the research projects for the exploration and advancement of business objectives.

Responsible for the tracking and supporting Company projects
-
Lead ands support the monthly Business unit Review for the report of all regional offices to head office.
Company Governance:

Ensuring streamlined policies and procedures within all branches regions and companies sh aired by direct report.

Responsible for corporate issues management including the development and implementation of strategic policies: travel expenses petty cash, purchase and payment approval, delegation of authority,etc.

Actively engage with relevant functional departments to ensure functions are properly

Aligned to support

Companys business interests content review, submission and date enforcement.

Explore and utilize synergies between the Corporate Affairs functional areas and other functions.
Administrative:
- Responsible for the external communication on behalf of the desk of the President & CEO/ Chairman& cEo.

Manage the Corporate Affairs Manager and other Corporate Affairs Team, which include Drivers, Receptionists and PA.

Ensure the efficient management of corporate projects and tasks
